Privacy Policy

Effective August 17, 2026

RVOS Strategy Group LLC ("RVOS," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through rvosstrategy.com, how we use and protect that information, and the choices available to you.

Information You Provide

The primary way we collect personal information through this website is when you submit the contact form.

Depending on what you choose to provide, this may include:

  • Your name
  • Organization
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Area of interest
  • The contents of your message or inquiry

Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the open-text message field unless it is necessary for your inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client, consulting, advisory, attorney-client, lobbying, or other professional relationship with RVOS.

Information Collected Automatically

The website uses limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the contact form.

When a contact-form submission is made, the website receives the originating IP address through its hosting environment. The application converts that address into a SHA-256 hash for rate-limiting and abuse-prevention purposes. RVOS's application does not retain the raw IP address.

The website also records a submission timestamp.

The site's routing system uses a functional session-storage entry to support browser scroll restoration. It is not used for analytics, advertising, behavioral tracking, or profiling.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain ordinary technical logs as part of operating their systems. Those provider-level practices are governed by the applicable provider's own terms and policies.

Scheduling and Meeting Information

If you schedule a meeting with RVOS Strategy Group through Calendly, we may collect information such as your name, email address, organization, scheduling preferences, and information you voluntarily provide about the matter you would like to discuss.

We use this information to coordinate meetings, prepare for introductory conversations, send calendar invitations and meeting-related reminders, and determine appropriate next steps.

Calendly and connected calendar or video-conferencing providers, including Google Calendar and Google Meet, may process this information on our behalf to provide scheduling and meeting functionality. Their respective privacy practices also apply to their services.

Information provided for scheduling a meeting is not automatically used to subscribe you to The Founder's Brief or other marketing communications. Separate consent will be obtained where appropriate for subscription-based communications.

How We Use Information

We use information submitted through the website to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Understand the organization, issue, or objective described by a prospective client or other visitor
  • Evaluate whether an RVOS engagement may be appropriate
  • Communicate regarding an inquiry or requested service
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and protect the website
  • Prevent spam, abuse, and unauthorized activity
  • Maintain appropriate business records
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our legal rights

Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing communications or a mailing list.

How Information Is Stored and Processed

Contact-form submissions are stored in the website's hosted database.

The website also uses service providers that support hosting, database infrastructure, security, and transactional email delivery. These providers may process personal information on RVOS's behalf as necessary to provide those services.

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is also included in:

  • A notification sent to RVOS regarding your inquiry; and
  • A transactional confirmation sent to the email address you provide.

RVOS does not sell personal information.

RVOS does not use personal information submitted through this website for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling.

How We Share Information

RVOS does not sell or rent personal information.

We may disclose personal information in limited circumstances to service providers that support our website, database, email delivery, security, and business operations; to professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, or consultants when reasonably necessary; or to governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Service providers that process information on our behalf are permitted to use that information only as necessary to provide the applicable services or as otherwise permitted by law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

RVOS does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or behavioral-tracking cookies on this website.

The website uses limited first-party session storage for functional browser navigation. This technology is used only to support site functionality and is not used to build a profile of your activity.

Because the website does not currently use non-essential tracking cookies, RVOS does not display a cookie-consent banner.

If our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement additional choices or notices where appropriate.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers allow users to send a "Do Not Track" signal.

Because RVOS does not currently use behavioral tracking, targeted advertising, or cross-site tracking technologies, the website does not alter its behavior in response to Do Not Track signals.

Third parties do not currently collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites through tracking technologies placed on the RVOS website.

Artificial Intelligence

The public RVOS website does not currently use artificial intelligence to interact with visitors, evaluate or screen inquiries, generate responses to contact submissions, personalize website content, or make automated decisions about visitors.

If RVOS introduces visitor-facing AI functionality in the future, we will review and update our disclosures as appropriate before or when that functionality is introduced.

Data Retention

General website inquiries and related submission records may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction relating to the inquiry.

Information may be retained for a longer period when:

  • An inquiry results in an engagement or other ongoing business relationship;
  • The information becomes part of an ordinary business or client record;
  • Retention is reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights;
  • Retention is required by law; or
  • A legitimate business need reasonably requires a longer period.

Information that is no longer reasonably necessary will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable operational practices.

Data Security

RVOS uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information collected through this website.

Current website safeguards include measures designed to limit automated or abusive contact-form submissions and restrict unauthorized access to stored submission data.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Privacy Choices

You may contact RVOS to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted through this website.

Depending on your place of residence and applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights.

To submit a privacy-related request, email: office@rvosstrategy.com

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We may also retain information where permitted or required by law or where reasonably necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes.

RVOS will not discriminate against you for making a privacy request.

Children's Privacy

This website and RVOS's advisory services are intended for organizations, professionals, public-sector leaders, and other adult users. The website is not directed to children under 13, and RVOS does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the website.

If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the website, please contact us so that we can review and address the submission.

Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

RVOS does not control the privacy practices of third-party websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected independently by those third parties. Visitors should review the privacy practices of any third-party service they choose to use.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

RVOS may update this Privacy Policy as its website, services, or legal obligations change.

When material changes are made, the revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
